Why do people fail?

Its reality... when you have goals, there is a possibility that you will fail. Take for instance my boys, the LA Lakers. Their goal was to win a championship, yet they failed.

In Network Marketing, there is a possibility that you fail. But honestly, with hard work and some ambition and dedication, I don't see how someone can fail.

There are 3 reasons people fail in Network marketing

1) They don't go to training! - How can you learn how to start this network marketing business if you don't show up to train? Training is where you learn from people who are successful in this business. These are the people you should be listening to. I know its difficult, but one should NOT take advice from someone who has not been successful in Network marketing or let alone ever been involved in the industry. Imagine setting that goal to get in shape. You get all your workout gear, new shoes, new shirts, gym membership, and maybe even make a workout schedule.... and you don't even show up to the gym when you are supposed to. . . sound familiar? That's automatically failing.

2) They give up / stop -Imagine starting your gym workout for a couple days or even a couple weeks (like I have). You're all about going to the gym, you feel healthy, have energy, then one day you just can't go. That leads to not going to the next day, and the next day.. until you eventually just stop going. - In Network Marketing, if someone gives up or just stops....they fail.

3) They're not coachable/teachable. - Imagine going to the gym and seeing a real fit guy or girl there. You go up to them and ask them, "how do iyou do it? What's your routine?".... Then they start telling you about their diet, that they count calories, that they go to the gym 2 times a day, and run 3 miles a day. Yet this information they give you goes in one ear and out the other! You decide it sounds too hard or you want to do it your own way. - This image is so funny because the answer is right there in front of you, yet you don't wanna take it. Why would you not listen to someone that has experienced success? This person is setting themselves up for failure. In network marketing, you need to be coachable / teachable. DON'T REINVENT THE WHEEL.

With the above 3 reasons, No wonder some people have such a bad taste in their mouths in regards to Network marketing! It's because many people have failed! It's because they themselves have failed. Maybe they encountered one of the above 3 reasons? I don't know.

But how to we get rid of that stereotype of Network Marketing. DON'T GIVE UP. TRAIN HARD. WORK HARD. BE COACHABLE... JUST SHOW UP.

I'm not going to give up and I won't let those around me give up without a fight. All those people who joined me in this business will not see me give up. Organizations crumble down when the person they look up to (or the person that brought them into the business) leaves the industry.

People don't understand that if you stay with ONE company long enough (that's a hard thing to do for most people in network marketing), you will be financially successful and be a top money making tier in that company.

My goal. One company. Four Years. $500,000 residually for the rest of my life. And that life will be a long one thanks to the health products of USANA. Cha-ching.
